Parents and Players please remember that we are a varsity level program and require full commitment, attendance, participation, and effective and timely communication.

Must have an updated physical on file with ALL required forms filled out.

DOWNLOAD PHYSICAL FORM (MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED)

*You must have a sports physical dated after 6/1/2023  to participate for the 2023-2024 season.*
